England Golf – Boys County Champion of Championship
The England Golf Boy’s Champion of Champions tournament took place on 15 September 2024 on the Hotchkin Course at Woodhall Spa. County Champions are eligible to represent their County and the status of the NAPGC gives us the same rights. This is a scratch tournament with the players playing 36 holes on a single day and their score being the combined aggregate.  There were 27 counties in attendance with the NAPGC represented by our scratch boy’s champion Marcus Thornton from Easthampstead. This is a top competition with a very strong fieldof aspiring golfers varied in age. While Marcus finished down the field it provides great experience for him.

England Golf – Men’s Champion of Champions
The England Golf Men’s Champion of Champions tournament took place on 15 September 2024 on the Hotchkin Course at Woodhall Spa. County Champions are eligible to represent their County and the status of the NAPGC gives us the same rights. This is a scratch tournament with the players playing 36 holes on a single day and their score being the combined aggregate.  There were 25 counties in attendance with the NAPGC represented by our 36 holes scratch champion Graham Braybrooke from Hoebridge. This is a top competition with a very strong field, while Graham finished down the field was great to see the NAPGC represented.

England Golf – Senior Men’s Champion of Champions
The England Golf Champion of Champions Senior Championship took place from 14-15 September 2024 on the Hotchkin Course at Woodhall Spa. County Champions are eligible to represent their County and the status of the NAPGC gives us the same rights. This is a scratch tournament with the players playing 36 holes over two days and their score being the combined aggregate.  There were 32 counties in attendance with the NAPGC represented by our seniors scratch champion Sean Carter from Royal Epping Forest Club. Sean finished tied 21 in a strong 31 player field.Â

England Golf – Men’s Champion Club
The England Golf Men’s Champion Club tournament took place from 21-22 September 2024 at Stanton on the Wolds Golf Club. Teams consist of 3 players with each playing 36 holes across two days. It is a scratch tournament with the team score being the three-player aggregate of each player’s 36 holes total. There were 28 Clubs in attendance with the NAPGC represented by our Champion Club Brent Valley, who won the Bourne Vanneck Cup. Team members were – Patrick O’Neill, Rajbir Ghimire and Nigel Lipscombe. Play was tough with the tournament limited by weather to 27 holes. The team finished down the field but It is good that the NAPGC is being represented in such events.
