Presidents Trophy – 03/08/2026
The inaugural running took place at the Leamington & County and Golf on Monday 3 August.
The course like many was very dry but played well and proved to be a good choice of venue with positive feedback.
The Prize Winners were:
- Overall Winner: Caroline Cullen (Hoebridge) 43pts
- Gross Winner: David Watson (Rickmansworth) 31 pts.
- Div 1 Men Winner: Mo Lone (Rose Hill) 40pts
- Div 1 Men runner up: Martin Newport (Easthampstead) 34pts
- Div 2 Men Winner: Dan Caldicott (Rose Hill) 38pts
- Div 2 Men runner up: Tariq Khandker (Haste Hill) 37pts
- Div 3 Men Winner: Henry Gartstone (Cannock Park) 40pts
- Div 3 Men runner up: Martin Cox (Rose Hill) 37pts
- Women’s Div Winner: Julie Ryan (Haste Hill) 33pts
Several qualification places were also available for our UK final at St Andrews – these went to Caroline, Dave, Mo, Dan and Henry – well done. The rest of us went onto the reserve list.

There were issues posting the results after play Full results are available on GG in the Apologies for the technical issues we had in posting scores after the event, which we were unable to resolve until Wednesday.
Hopefully this is an event we can build on for 2027.
